October 12, 2026 | Football
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville running back Isaac Brown and offensive lineman Lance Robinson were each recognized by the Atlantic Coast Conference with weekly honors announced on Monday.
Brown was named the league's Running Back of the Week, while Robinson was the Offensive Lineman of the Week.
This marks the second time this season the Cardinals have taken home both honors, with Keyjuan Brown and Eryx Daugherty doing so following week three.
Isaac Brown turned in the most productive day of his three-year career in Friday night's win over Florida State. The junior racked up a career-best 235 yards on the ground and scored a pair of touchdowns, finding the end zone from 97 and 68 yards. The 235 yards were the seventh-most in a single game in program history and the most by any player in the FBS this season. His 97-yard score in the second quarter was the longest play from scrimmage in UofL history and is tied for the longest run by anyone in the FBS in 2026.
In addition to his 235 on the ground, Brown also caught a pass for seven yards and had a 71-yard kickoff return. His 313 all-purpose yards were the third-most in program history and the most of any player in the FBS this year.
Robinson was part of the Louisville offensive line that paved the way for Brown's huge day. The Cardinals finished with 397 yards on 43 carries and scored all six of its touchdowns on the ground. The 397 yards were the ninth-most in school history and the most since gaining 411 at Syracuse in 2017. It was also the second-highest total ever allowed in Florida State's storied history.
The six rushing touchdowns were the most by the Cardinals against an FBS opponent since tallying seven in 2016, also against Florida State.
The fifth-year player started the game at right tackle before sliding over to play the majority of the contest at left tackle.
The Cardinals return to the field on Saturday with a road contest at Syracuse. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on the ACC Network.
