
Nine Cardinals Earn 1A FAR Academic Award

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Nine University of Louisville student-athletes earned the 1A FAR Academic Excellence Award, which recognizes outstanding student-athletes for their significant accomplishments in the classroom while competing at the highest level of college sports.
The award is given annually to student-athletes who graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.80 or above and have participated in at least two years of NCAA intercollegiate athletics at a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) institution.
Brooke Dardano (Women's Soccer), (Elle Glock (Volleyball), Madelyn Grant (Softball), Allie Gretkowski (women's tennis), Soledad Jean (Track and Field), Megan John (Cross Country), Shai Kochav (Football), Easton Lotus (Softball), and Gustavo Saldo (Swimming and Diving) were the Louisville student-athletes honored for the 2024-25 school year.
