Ryskova, Griffiths Conclude Play at NCAA Regionals

Ryskova finished tied for 16th overall
EAST LANSING, Mich. — University of Louisville women's golfers Hana Ryskova and Carmen Griffiths concluded their seasons at the NCAA East Lansing Regional Wednesday afternoon at the Forest Akers Golf Course.
Ryskova continued her strong play at the regional in the final round on Wednesday. Starting on hole No. 1, she tallied three birdies over the first nine holes and went into the turn at 2-under-par. She tallied another birdie on the back nine and finished with an even-par 72 in the final round.
Ryskova finished tied for 16th overall at 2-over-par 218 for the regional. She finished second overall of the six individuals not attached to a team at the regional.
Griffiths put together her best round of the tournament on Wednesday. She started on the back nine and tallied a birdie on both the front and back nine holes. She carded a 2-over-par 74 in the final round and finished tied for 45th overall at 10-over-par 226. She finished fourth overall of the six individuals not attached to a team at the regional.
