LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville football team is looking forward to their first home game of the season against Atlantic Coast Conference opponent, Florida State. The game will kick off Friday, Sept. 16 at 7:30 p.m. ET and can be viewed nationally on ESPN.
Last week, the Cardinals clinched their first victory of the season over UCF on the road. This marked the first time in six years the Cardinals were trailing at half and went on to shut out the opponent in the second half and win the game. Malik Cunningham played a huge role in the win last week, totaling 121 rushing yards and 195 receiving yards (14-of-29 passing). With a big game coming against Florida State this week, Cunningham and the Cardinals look to grab their first ACC victory of the season over the undefeated Seminoles.
