
Women’s Basketball Excels in the Classroom

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – While the University of Louisville women's basketball team finished with a 29-5 record and advanced to the program's fourth Final Four, grade point averages from the 2022 UofL spring semester reflect that the Cardinals have excelled in the classroom, as well.
The Cardinals achieved a collective 3.479 grade-point average for the 2022 spring semester. This marks the 16th straight semester that women's basketball has earned better than a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
In addition, 13 student-athletes earned a 3.0 or better GPA, while 12 earned Red & Black Scholar Athlete status for a 3.25 or better cumulative GPA.
Alexia Mobley and Merissah Russell earned Dean's Scholar with a 4.0 semester GPA, while Liz Dixon, Emily Engstler, Norika Konno, Mykasa Robinson, Ahlana Smith and Hailey Van Lith were named to the Dean's List, earning above a 3.5 GPA.
In May, Dixon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business in Management and Ahlana Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration.
