Griffin Ties for Third Place at the ACC Championships

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Kendall Griffin tied for third as the University of Louisville women's golf team finished 10that the ACC Championships on Friday.
Collectively, the Cardinals shot 299-291-316=906 to end the tournament at 42-over-par. Wake Forest won the title at even-par, while Florida State was second and Duke was third.
Griffin closed the championship at 1-under-par after shooting 73-69-73=215.
On Friday, Griffin carded a 1-over-par on the front and was even on the back to finish nine shots off the lead. Duke's Phoebe Brinker took home medalist honors at 10-under.
Carmen Griffith tied for 35thplace after shooting 71-76-81=228 to end the day at 12-over-par. Mairead Martin fired a 77-72-81=230 to close her tournament at 14-over-par, while Lauren Thibodeau tied for 54that 22-over-par. Carly Haines, who subbed in after round one, finished 59that 13-over-par.
