Softball Promotional Schedule Released

The University of Louisville has announced the 2020 softball promotional schedule as the Cardinals enter their 21st season at Ulmer Stadium and their sixth season in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

The 18-game home schedule features giveaways, special offers and promotions combined with the fun and excitement of Louisville Softball. A list of season-long promotions and special events are listed below, while additional details on all Louisville softball promotions are available here.

The Cardinals will open the home season on March 6-8 when they welcome Evansville, Illinois, Northwestern and Oakland to Ulmer Stadium for the Red & Black Challenge.

Game Day Information:
Admission: Free
Gates open: One (1) hour prior to the first game of the day
Parking: Fans are encouraged to park in the Floyd Street Parking Garage for a $5 fee

Friday, March 6 vs Illinois (12:15pm)
Rise and Shine Card Nation!! It's our home opener at Ulmer Stadium! Come out to snag your 2020 Louisville Softball Schedule poster!

Saturday, March 7 vs Northwestern/Illinois (12:15pm, 2:30pm)
Put on your best Louisville gear and come cheer on the Cards during their games against Northwestern and Illinois! Louisville Softball schedule posters will be available at marketing table.

Sunday, March 8 vs Northwestern/Evansville (11:15am, 3:45pm)
Put on your best Louisville gear and come cheer on the Cards during their games against Northwestern and Illinois! Louisville Softball schedule posters will be available at marketing table.

Friday, March 13 vs Boston College (4:00pm)
Come out to Ulmer Stadium to enjoy Beerfest weekend! Beer specials will be available at the concession stand. Green beer will also be available.

Saturday, March 14 vs Boston College (1:00pm)
Come out to Ulmer Stadium to enjoy Beerfest weekend! Beer specials will be available at the concession stand. Green beer will also be available. The first 50 fans will receive a FREE Louisville Softball Autograph poster! Stick around for a post-game autograph session with the Louisville Softball team in front of Ulmer Stadium.

Sunday, March 15 vs Boston College (12:00pm)
Come out to Ulmer Stadium to enjoy Beerfest weekend! Beer specials will be available at the concession stand. Green beer will also be available.

Wednesday, April 1 vs Morehead State (5:00pm)
The Cards take on the Eagles for a midweek match up. Come out and snag a $5 Walking taco and cheer on the Cards!

Friday, April 3 vs Pittsburgh (6:00pm)
Come decked out in your RED as we red out Ulmer Stadium against Pitt! Various red items will be given away.

Saturday, April 4 vs Pittsburgh (1:00pm)
Come out for jersey day! Wear your favorite jersey and cheer on the Cards. One lucky fan wearing a jersey will be selected for a prize! It's also student appreciation day, so bring a friend and cheer on your school! The Cards will be signing autographs in front of Ulmer Stadium!

Sunday, April 5 vs Pittsburgh (12:00 pm)
It's 90's day and we are giving away Louisville Softball Sunglasses! Come dressed in your favorite 90's attire!

Saturday, April 11 vs Notre Dame (1:00 pm)
Cards are back at Ulmer Stadium to take on Notre Dame! It's a BLACK out, so pack the stands in your favorite black gear! Stick around for post-game autographs with the team!

Sunday, April 12 vs Notre Dame (7:00 pm)
It's Date at the Diamond day, so come out and bring your whole family! We are also having an Easter Egg hunt for ages 12 and younger. Free Louisville Softball totes will be given to those participating in the hunt.

Monday, April 13 vs Notre Dame (7:00 pm)
MARGARITA MONDAY at Ulmer Stadium as the Cards finish off the ACC series against Notre Dame! Pack the house! If you cannot make it to the Don Dobina Field, catch us live on ESPNU!

Friday, April 24 vs NC State (6:00 pm)
Come out to Ulmer Stadium for our final ACC home series! It's also Funke and Ferg Friday, so wear your funky gear and get ready to cheer on our seniors one last time!

Saturday, April 25 vs NC State (1:00 pm)
Help the Cardinals recognize Louisville Softball's senior class! Arrive early to Ulmer Stadium for a special pre-game ceremony for the 2020 Senior class! Come get an autograph from the Louisville Softball team along the first baseline!

Sunday, April 26 vs NC State (12:00 pm)
Bring your four-legged friends for Dog at the park day! Fans that bring a furry friend to the game can purchase $2 hot dogs at concessions stands. Dogs are allowed ONLY in berm area in the outfield. Check out concessions for discounted items available!
SEASON LONG PROMOTIONS
Concessions:

$2 Beers on Fridays
$2/$3 Beers on Saturdays starting one hour before first pitch until the 3^rd inning
$5 meal deal on Sundays

National Anthem Buddies: Teams 6^th grade and under can register to be the team of the game and be a part of starting lineups and the National Anthem buddies on the field during pre-game!

Post-game autographs: Immediately following ALL Saturday's games, fans are encouraged to line up in front of Ulmer Stadium for post-game autographs with the team!

Post-game run the bases: Immediately following ALL Sunday's games, fans 6^th grade and under are allowed to run the bases. Fans are encouraged to head over to the pavilion area to run the bases.
