Camp Registration Open

Registration for the University of Louisville 2019 softball camps is now open. The Cardinals will host camps for grades 7-12 throughout the month of June.

The Louisville coaching staff will direct the camps which focus on offense and defense and include skill-specific sessions including: infield (middle and corners) outfield and catchers.

All camps are open to any and all entrants limited only by age, grade level, and/or gender. The operations and activities for these clinics/camps are not owned or operated by the University of Louisville.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12
The Pitching Athlete
Pitching and Defense | $100 | 9:00-11:30 AM

Add-on option: Offense | $50 | 1:00-2:00 PM
This camp will focus on arm care, instruction on each pitch, and fielding the position.You must provide your own catcher.Catchers will be charged $10.Camp is open to the first 6 pitchers.
Pitchers and their catchers have the option of an add on hitting session that will cover knowing the zone, pitch recognition, and barrel control.This session is open to 12 participants that must have participated in the pitching session.

Lockdown Defense - Outfield
Outfield and Offensive Skills | $110 | 4:00-7:30 PM

This camp will cover drills to help you develop your fielding, throwing, and communication skills necessary to become an elite outfielder at the next level.Camp is open to the first 16 outfielders.

MONDAY, JUNE 17
The Pitching Athlete
Option 1: Pitching and Defense | $100 | 9:00-11:30 AM
Option 2: Pitching and Defense | $100 | 1:00-3:30 PM

Add on option: Offense | $50 | 5:00-6:30 PM
This camp will focus on arm care, instruction on each pitch, and fielding the position.Participants will select either Option 1 or Option 2; they are the same camp. You must provide your own catcher.Catchers will be charged $10.Camp is open to the first 6 pitchers.
Pitchers and their catchers that attended either pitching session will have the option of an add on hitting session that will cover knowing the zone, pitch recognition, and barrel control.This session is open to 24 participants that must have participated in the pitching session.

TUESDAY, JUNE 18
Lockdown Defense – Middle Infield
Middle Infield Defense & Offensive Skills | $130 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00-4:00 PM

This camp will provide specific instruction on fielding, throwing, footwork, tags, base work, communication and other skills necessary to improve as a middle infielder.Hitting instruction will also be included. Camp is open to the first 24 participants.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19
Lockdown Defense – Corner Infield
Corner Infield Defense & Offensive Skills | $130 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00-4:00 PM

This camp will provide specific instruction on fielding, throwing, footwork, tags, base work, communication and other skills necessary to improve as a corner infielder.Hitting instruction will also be included. Camp is open to the first 24 participants.

MONDAY, JUNE 24
Lockdown Defense – Catchers
Catcher Defense & Offensive Skills | $130 | 9:00 AM-11:30 PM & 1:00-4:00 PM

Catchers will receive skill instruction on receiving, blocking, throwing, fielding, communication, and tips on how to make an impact behind the plate.Hitting instruction will also be included.Camp is open to the first 16 participants.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25
