COACHES' THOUGHTS
"We've used the last 10 days re-shifting things around after looking at the results from the Hooch. This is a race that we build of towards and it's much more like an ACC travel squad. There are a lot more ACC schools we're up against. The Romp represents the ACC's, it's sort of like our fall ACC Championship."
Â

The Thomas Temple Allan Boathouse is the closest point spectators can see the boats along the 4,000-meter course. Admission is free to the public. Free parking is available at the on the west bank of the Rivanna Reservoir. In head races, each crew starts single file about 10-15 seconds apart and the results are based on time.
