LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Molly Skapik produced with a career-best 7-under-par 209, and the University of Louisville women's golf team took eighth on Sunday in the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational in Chapel Hill, N.C.
Skapik, who finished 10th in the 96-player field, closed the tournament at the UNC Finley Golf Course with a 2-under-par 70. Her 54-hole tournament score is tied for sixth best in school history, matching a feat teammate Lauren Hartlage achieved earlier this year.
