- Lamar Jackson finished the game with 512 yards of total offense. He had 332 yards and two touchdowns in the air, with 180 yards and three scores on the ground.
- Jackson set the Louisville record for career rushing yards with 3,221. Walter Peacock set the old record, with 3,204 from 1972-75.
- Jackson broke the Louisville record, with 42 rushing touchdowns in a career. Lenny Lyles held the record with 41, set from 1954-57.
- Jackson is tied with North Carolina's Mike Voight (1973-76) for ninth in the ACC for career rushing touchdowns, with 42.
- Jackson has now accounted for 100 touchdowns in his career (58 passing, 42 rushing). He is the fourth ACC player to reach that mark.
- Jackson is the first player in the ACC's 65-year history to have three games with at least 500 yards of total offense.
- Jackson put together the second game of his career with 300 passing yards and 150 rushing yards, a feat no other FBS quarterback has achieved in the last 20 years (courtesy ESPN Stats & Info).
- Jackson boosted his career total offense to 10,926, passing Brian Brohm for second on the school's all-time list. He is 1,204 shy of breaking Chris Redman's mark.

- Fitzpatrick's seventh touchdown of the season tied him with Arnold Jackson (1997) and Mario Urrutia (2005) for most receiving touchdowns in a season by a freshman
- Fitzpatrick is the third UofL freshman with consecutive 100-yard receiving games, joining Arnold Jackson in 1997 and Mario Urrutia in 2005.
- Fitzpatrick has 541 receiving yards on the year, third most in a season by a freshman.
- Kemari Averett had one catch for 22 yards and one score, his first collegiate touchdown.
- It is the first receiving TD by true freshman since Seth Dawkins versus Charlotte in 2016.
- Reggie Bonnafon had a career-high 107 yards rushing – his first 100-yard rushing game – on 12 carries, including a touchdown.
- TreSean Smith had a season-high six tackles, including his first collegiate sack.
- Smith recorded his second interception of the season.
- Jonathan Greenard had a career-best nine tackles, including 1.5 for loss. It extended his streak seven-consecutive games with a tackle for loss.
- Dorian Etheridge paced the Cardinals' with a season-high 14 tackles, including nine solo stops.
- Chucky Williams had a career-best 13 tackles in the game, including one pass breakup. It is his second game with double-digit stops.
- Geron Christian earned his 33rd-consecutive start.
- Jackson gained at least 300 yards of total offense for the 20th game of his career, one short of the UofL record held by Chris Redman.
- Isaac Stewart had a career-best 10 tackles, including his first career forced fumble.
