Registration Open for 2016 Winter Softball Camps

Registration is still open for the 2016 University of Louisville Winter Softball Camps. The annual camps will take place January 17 and 18 at the Trager Indoor Facility. Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

The camps will be conducted by the Louisville Softball coaching staff, current and former Louisville softball players. Camp Instruction will cover the following:

Hitting/Offense:

Proper hitting techniques including bunting and slapping.
Competitive games within each drill.

Fielding/Defense:

Proper throwing, fielding and catching techniques.
Position-specific skills and have the opportunity to choose a position of focus (Pitching, catching, infield, outfield).
Competitive fast paced games geared to build self-confidence.

Check in:

Registration will open one hour prior to the camp start time.

What to bring:

Parental consent form.
All equipment as if you were going to play in a game (bat, helmet, gloves, cleats, tennis shoes).
Water and Gatorade will be provided.

Camp Information
Session I
January 17 – Ages 13-18 – 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
Session II
January 17 – Ages 13-18 - 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
Session III
January 18 – Ages 7-12 and 13-18 – 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Price per session: $90.10
