
CardsTV to Offer HD Broadcasts in 2015-16

More than 50 live video events slated for the fall; Live audio and on-demand video also included
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - With the launch of the new GoCards.com earlier this week and the University of Louisville's partnership with Sidearm Sports, fans will have access to an upgraded video experience through the website's multimedia platform (CardsTV) in 2015-16, including numerous high-definition broadcasts.
For the 2015-16 season, subscribers to CardsTV will have access to streaming HD video for more than 50 live events this fall featuring Louisville's field hockey, men's soccer, women's soccer and volleyball teams. The live video streaming schedule will also include selected women's basketball games this winter as well as baseball, lacrosse and softball games in the spring. All live video events will also be archived for on-demand viewing throughout the year. Additionally, all football and men's basketball news conferences will be streamed live free of charge this season.
Subscribers to CardsTV will also have access to streaming audio for all football, men's basketball, women's basketball and baseball games as well as the football, men's basketball and women's basketball radio shows.
Along with all of the live video and audio events, CardsTV will continue to provide fans with the best on-demand video coverage for all of Louisville's 23 sports, including game highlights and interviews with the coaches and student-athletes.
