Walz Speaks with Media About USA Basketball, 2015-16 Roster

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville women's basketball head coach Jeff Walz spoke with the media on Friday about a wide range of topics, including winning a gold medal and the recently announced rules changes in women's basketball.
Walz, along with current sophomore Mariya Moore, earned gold medals for the second-consecutive summer. The duo helped guide the U.S. Women's U-19 World Championship Team to a perfect 7-0 mark at the 2015 FIBA event in Russia.
The Cardinals' ninth-year leader also discussed the make-up of this year's roster that includes the nation's No. 1 recruiting class and the changing of the women's basketball game, such as moving to a four, 10-minute quarter format.
