UofL to Merge Athletic Ticket Office Locations

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville athletic ticket offices will merge into one location, residing solely at Gate 2 of Papa John's Cardinal Stadium, effective immediately.
The ticket office that is located next to Cardinal Authentic will serve as the athletic department's lone ticket office location. Office hours remain Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ticket office representatives also can be reached via phone (502-852-5151), fax (502-852-7025), or email (tickets@gocards.com). Ample free parking is available when visiting the ticket office at the stadium.
A payment drop box will be located on the third floor of the Student Activities Center at the top of the escalator for customers around that area wishing to drop off payments. Only season tickets or donation renewals should be dropped in this box.
Season payments can continue to be paid online at My Cardinal Account. Single-game tickets will continue to be available through Ticketmaster.com.
An online payroll deduction form has been made available for faculty/staff unable to visit the Papa John's Cardinal Stadium ticket office.
