Softball Announces Fall Schedule

The University of Louisville softball team has released the fall schedule for the 2012-13 season. The Cardinals will take the field Sept. 28 and 30 when they play host to Bellarmine, Eastern Kentucky and Murray State. U of L will wrap up fall ball on Oct. 6 against Bellarmine and Tennessee State at Ulmer Stadium.
U of L is coming off of a program-best season in which they posted a 55-5 overall record, won the BIG EAST regular season and tournament titles and made their ninth straight NCAA regional appearance. The Cards return seven starters and 12 letterwinners including All-American Taner Fowler and fellow all-conference selections Alicja Wolny, Katie Keller, Whitney Arion, Caralisa Connell, Jennifer Esteban and Jordan Trimble.
