LOUISVILLE, Ky. - - The University of Louisville softball team will play host to Morehead State Thursday at 4 p.m. at Ulmer Stadium. The game is a recent addition to the 2011 schedule.
About Louisville
U of L (11-6) is led by sophomore Alicja Wolny leads Louisville with a .420 batting average, and 19 RBI. Senior Chelsea Bemis follows closely at .419 with eight doubles, three home runs and 14 RBI. Louisville is coming off of a 2-0 performance in the weather-shortened Tennessee Tech Softball Classic. The Cards opened tournament action with a 10-5 win over Middle Tennessee and followed with a 3-2, nine inning win over North Carolina State.

Morehead State(6-10) is led by Kayla Ashbrook, who is batting .314 with three home runs, 10 runs and 12 RBI.
