LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville field hockey team clinched a spot in the 2011 BIG EAST Championship with a 6-0 thrashing of Providence on Friday and closed out the weekend on Sunday with a Senior Day edging of Indiana, 1-0.
The Cardinals will travel to Chicago to face Northwestern Sunday to close out the regular season.
