
Women's Tennis Heads to Purdue and Western Michigan

The University of Louisville's women's tennis team will split up this weekend for the Purdue Invitational and the Western Michigan University Super Challenge. This will be the last fall tournament for the Cards.
The WMU Super Challenge will begin November 5 at 10:30 a.m. at the West Hills Athletic Club in Kalamazoo, Mich. Representing the Cardinals will be Sarah Miller, Becca Shine and Sonia Bokhari. Coaching the Cards this weekend will be assistant coach Stefan Naughton. Joining Louisville in competition this year are the BIG EAST runner-ups DePaul, Indiana, Penn State, Iowa State and a combination team of athletes from Wisconsin.
Representing the Cardinals at the Purdue Invitational are Mandy Brown, Gabrielle Duncan, Julia Fellerhoff, Amelia Harris and Stefanie Villajuan. The Cards will be coached by Louisville's head coach Mark Beckham. Matches will begin with double duals at 10:00 a.m. November 5 at the Schwartz Tennis Center in Lafayette, Ind. The fall dual-match format will showcase the University of Akron, Denver and Purdue.
