ATLANTA - Due to severe weather in the Atlanta area Saturday, the Yellow Jacket Invitational has been cancelled.
After an hour delay, meet officials decided to cancel the remainder of the meet as inclement weather continued.
Louisville which completed day one in the hammer throw had several athletes scheduled to compete on the final day.
On Friday, the Cardinals were led by junior Lindsey Cook who finished fourth in the hammer with a toss of 180-08 (54.91m).
The Cards will return to action on April 2-4 at the 82nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin, Texas.
