
Women's Tennis Ranked No. 10 in Southeast Region

The University of Louisville women's tennis team is ranked No. 10 in the Southeast Region for the highest ranking in school history.
The Cardinals posted their third consecutive 20-win season with a 21-11 mark in 2004-05. The Southeast Region is a particularly difficult ranking to break into as there are four top 10 teams and eight of the top 25 in the country share a region with the Cardinals.
"One of the goals I had for the program when I got here three years ago was to firstly make U of L women's tennis strong at the regional level," said U of L head coach Greg Davis. "Our next goal is to become one of the top national programs."
