CLINIC STAFF
Sandy Pearsall, Head Coachm Sandy is in her 19th season as a head coach. She has twice received coach of the year awards, taking her team to two conference titles. Coach Pearsall will direct the holiday clinic with Assist Coaches Leslie Adams, and Karen Marr. Leslie has developed catchers in college programs over the last 10 years and Karen has worked with National pitchers in Australia for the last 8 years.
WHAT TO BRING Participants should bring workout gear consisting of glove and tennis shoes. It would also be helpful to bring your own bat, helmet, and batting gloves. If you are a catcher, bring your catching gear.
CLINIC LOCATION Clinic Sessions will be held at Crawford Gym on the UofL campus. From Arthur Street, off I-65, go right on Warnock Ave. and then right on Brook St. Crawford Gym is on the left. Parking is located just past building on left.
INFORMATION
- The Cardinal Softball Hitting Clinic will allow each camper to receive important instruction on the correct hitting technique. There will be specific instruction including different hitting drills that will focus on improving their ability and results.
December 4, HITTING CLINIC:
Session I - 1:30pm - 4:00pm / Ages 9-13
Session II - 4:30pm - 7:00pm / Ages 14-18
Hitting Session Cost: $ 30.00
**Limit 30 participants per session**
Morning SessioN: 9:00am- 11:45am
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00pm
Afternoon Session: 1:00pm- 4:00pm
- The Pitching Clinic will focus on the fundamentals and development of pitches. The Catching Clinic will teach the techniques and strategies to becoming a well rounded defensive catcher. Limited number of participants will be accepted, therefore, the ratio of participants to clinic counselors will be low, allowing for maximum skill instruction per participant. These are two separate clinics that run simultaneously. Please choose one when filling out the application.
December 5: PITCHING / CATCHING CLINIC:

Session I - 10:00am-12:00noon / Ages 9-13 / Cost: $ 40.00
Session II - 1:00pm-3:00pm / Ages 14-18 / Cost: $40.00
*Pitchers must supply their own catcher
*Sessions are limited to 10 participants per session
