
Kelly Bowman Finishes Out Season At NCAA Championships

University of Louisville junior Kelley Bowman placed 25th in the high jump at the NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas. Bowman cleared 5 feet, 7 inches in the event. Georgia Tech's Chaunte Howard won the event, clearing 6 feet, 4 inches.
Bowman automatically qualified for the championship after clearing 5 feet, 8.50 inches to place third at the NCAA Regional in Baton Rouge, La. She is the first Cardinal to advance to the NCAA Championship since Bettina Bard competed in 1997.
