INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Senior Kelly Faber bettered her own school record in the 100-meter hurdles to lead the University of Louisville women's track and field team over the weekend at the Indy Relays in Indianapolis.

Faber finished runner-up in the race with a time of 14.37 seconds, improving on her previous mark by .16 seconds. She has recorded five the top six times in school history this spring. Faber also finished fourth in the long jump with a mark of 5.51 meters

Sophomore Emily Kost had a pair of third-place finishes at the meet. In the hammer throw, she threw 46.74 meters, the fourth best ever by a Cardinal sophomore. Kost was also third in the shot put.

Freshman Holly Geibel placed second in the javelin with a throw of 138 feet, 7 inches, while freshman ZeNai Savage was third in the shot put with a toss of 43-0.50.

In the 200-meter dash, junior Anita Winters-Dixon placed fifth with a season-best time of 25.47. Freshman Kelly Ennis was seventh in 25.54, the fifth best time by a UofL freshman.

Junior Corryn McCrae had a personal-best time of 2:20.84 in the 800-meter run to finish fifth and senior Beth Wendt was fifth in the steeplechase with a time of 11:39.19. Freshman Aajah Showell placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.75.
