
Women's Tennis Competes at Northwestern Invitational

The University of Louisville women's tennis team completed play on their first day of the Northwestern Fall Invitational in Chicago.
The Cardinals competed in three flights in singles and two in singles. Freshman Robyn White recorded a win over Wisconsin 6-2, 6-3. Natalie Laszkowski won her match with Leslie Stewart and Ariana Marshall dropping their first match of the tourney. Kelly Taylor and Suzanna Gracanin drew byes their first round.
In doubles, White and Marshall were edged Northwestern's Kristi Roemer and Alexis Conill 9-7. Laszkowski and Taylor lost their match to Western Michigan and Stewart and Gracanin were tipped by Illinois-Chicago 9-7.
