
Women's Tennis Completes Action at UK Fall Classic

The University of Louisville women's tennis team completed its final day of competition with a wrap-up of singles at the Kentucky Fall Classic in Lexington.
On the final day of the three-day event, Natalie Laszkowski rolled through her Gold Singles Flight Round Robin with a total of five wins. On the final day, she beat Emily Vest of Ohio State 6-2, 6-2. Ariana Marshall wrapped up her play with a 10th place finish in the Green Flight. She lost to Silvia Prajescu of Ohio State 5-7, 7-6 (3), 6-2 in a nailbiter. Suzanna Gracanin faced Melissa Cornett of Arkansas for seventh place in the Red Flight and won 6-2, 6-4. Leslie Stewart faced Yawna Allen of Arkansas in the match for 11th place but fell 6-1, 6-1. In the Blue Flight, Kelly Taylor faced Ashley Kroh of Marshall for 11th place and fell 6-3, 6-1.
