Women's Tennis Announces 2003-04 Schedule

The University of Louisville women's tennis team. under the direction of second year coach Greg Davis, announced a beefed up schedule for the 2003-04 season.
"We were looking to strengthen our schedule for 2003-04," said Davis. "We are honored to receive and invitation to the adidas Invitational in Peachtree City (Ga.), where we will compete against top schools in the country."
The Cardinals added SEC foes Alabama and Kentucky and will play in the Northwestern Invitational in Evanston this fall. U of L's Bass-Rudd Tennis Center will be the site of the 2004 Conference USA Championship as well.
"I feel in order to be the best, you have to try to schedule the best teams you possibly can," said Davis. "I feel the addition of SEC powers Kentucky and Alabama as well as Central Florida and Florida International make for a very difficult but challenging schedule."
