2002-03 Women's Tennis Schedule Set

University of Louisville women's tennis team has 12 home matches and will travel to New Orleans for the Conference USA Championship as part of their 2002-2003 schedule that was released by first year head coach Greg Davis.
The fall season has been revamped and now includes the Roberta Alison Invitational at Tuscaloosa, Northwestern and and Notre Dame.
"We have a tough fall schedule that will give our players a great deal of match experience heading into spring," said first year head coach Greg Davis.
The Cardinals will spend almost all of February in the award-winning Bass-Rudd Tennis Cente, with eight home matches and just one trip to the University of Missouri where they will also meet Colorado. March and early April feature dual matches designed to lead up to the C-USA tournament April 11-14.
"The spring schedule will be extremely challenging with Big 10, Big 12, SEC opponents as well as Conference USA. We have several opportunities to play ranked teams and we are looking forward to the challenge," said Davis.
