Morales Named C-USA Defensive Player of the Week

Louisville, Ky. - Junior goalkeeper Jeremy Morales was named Conference USA Defensive Player of the Week. Morales recorded his second shutout of the season yesterday in Louisville's 3-0 win over California.

Yesterday's shutout tied Morales for the career shutout record with 11. Morales recorded four saves in the win. His record stands at 2-2 on the season.

Morales was named Defensive Player of the Week twice last season and this is his first honor this season.
