Cardinal Men's Tennis Tops East Tennessee State 6-1

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - The University of Louisville men's tennis team won five of six singles matches to defeat East Tennessee State University 6-1 Friday afternoon on the Memorial Center Tennis Courts.

In singles action, Joachim Lien, Alex Sivertsen, Paulo Carvolho, Marek Blaskovic and Brent McCombe each prevailed at Nos. 2-6, respectively. The Cards also captured the doubles point.

The Cardinals return to action Saturday when they play host to Morehead State and Dayton at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center at noon and 6 p.m., respectively.
