Women's Tennis Falls To DePaul 7-2

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville women's tennis team fell 7-2 to DePaul in Conference USA action Sunday at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
The Blue Demons swept the doubles but the Cardinals won a pair of singles matches. No. 1 Kelly-Marie Miller easily handled Barbara Fuzesi 6-1, 6-2. No. 6 Beckett Hoyt edged Megan Stewart 2-6, 6-0, 6-4.
"It was a very well played match," said head coach Meg Peavy. " They were a powerful team but we hung in there."
