Memphis, Tenn. - The University of Louisville men's soccer team fell to the Memphis Tigers 1-0. Louisville falls to 8-5 on the season and 1-1 in Conference USA play.
Memphis scored the game-winning goal at the 23:32 mark of the first half. The Tigers' Justin Stralka headed a corner kick from Clark Talley in the upper-right corner of the net.
The Cardinals outshot the Tigers 10-6 but could not get past the Memphis defense.
Louisville goalkeeper Jeremy Morales recorded four saves in the game.
Louisville will be back in action on Wednesday night as they face Charlotte at 7:30 p.m. in Cardinal Park.
