Women's Tennis Invitational Continues Saturday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Five University of Louisville women's tennis players advanced to the quarterfinal round in the University of Louisville Invitational. Seniors Katie McLaughlin and Kelly Whitler each won their first round matches in the "A" flight. Sophomore Melisa San Martin advanced to the quarterfinal round in the "B" flight and freshmen Stutti Smit and Mariana Torres advanced to the quarterfinals of the "C" flight. Cincinnati also had five singles players move to the quarterfinal round. Wyoming had four doubles teams will be competing on Saturday in the quarterfinals of the doubles rounds on Saturday. Play will continue Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
