2021-22: Rosie Devine coxed the V8+ boat that posted a time of 14:08.9 and was also in the 4V4 that posted a time of 16:15.1 at the Rivanna Romp. On Day 2 of the ORCI, Rosie coxed the V4 boat to a second place finish with a time of 7:23.195. At the Sunshine State Invitational, Rosie was the coxswain on the 2V8 boat that won silver in the grand final with a time of 6:36.70. At the Lake Wheeler Invitational, she helped the Cards’ V4 boat to a third place finish with a time of 7:47.154. In head-to-head competition with Michigan, she was on the 2V8 boat that turned in a time of 7:03.78. At the ACC Championships at Clemson, she was in the 2V8 boat that finished sixth in the grand final with a time of 6:51.290. She is a member of the AD Honor Roll and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2020-21: In the COVID-shortened season, Rosie was the cox on the 2V8 boat at Oak Ridge, the 2V8 boat vs Notre Dame, and the V8 at Big Ten Invitational. She coxed the V8 boat at the Michigan/Iowa, and directed the V8 boat at ACCs that won the petite final. Strong in the classroom, Rosie was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, as a Red & Black Scholar, and made the Spring 2021 Dean's List. She was named to the ACC Honor Roll.
2018-19: Was a coxswain in the F8+, 4V4+, 2V8+, and V4+ boats … Finished second at the Head of the Hooch in a F8+ … Earned second at the Sunshine State Invitational petite final of the 2V8+ … At the ACC Championship, she finished third in a V4+ petite final.
Prior to UofL: Rowed for Dayton Boat Club for two years … Won races at Midwest Junior Rowing Championships as both coxswain and rower.
Personal: Born on Oct. 6, 2000 … Daughter of Ryan and Cheryl Devine … Has two siblings: Meredith and Derek.
