2022-23: At Rivanna Romp, she rowed in the Novice Varsity 8 that turned in a time of 15:42.2 in the novice race for sixth place. On Saturday morning at ORCI, she rowed in the 3V8 boat that finished third with a 7:08.263. In the afternoon session at the ORCI, she rowed in the 3V8 boat that finished third with a time of 7:04.226. In the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed in the V4 boat that finished fifth with a time of 7:50. 87. In the petite final of the V4 race at the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed the Cards to a third-place finish with a time of 7:52.25. In the head-to-head regatta against Michigan, she was aboard the V4 boat that finished fourth in 8:0103. In the prelims of the ACC Championship in Raleigh, she rowed the V4 boat to a fifth-place finish in 7:51.345 to advance to the petite final. In the ACC Championship petite final, she rowed the Cards to a third-place finish in 7:51.116. She was named to the 2023 All-ACC Academic Team.

Prep: Lauren joins the UofL team as a novice as a freshman. She hails from Atlanta, Ga. where she attended Blessed Trinity Catholic High School.
