2008-09: Athletic Director's Honor Roll ... BIG EAST Academic All-Star ... Rowed the Cards' lightweight 4+boat which earned a first-place finish at the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships ... Contributed to Louisville's second varsity four wins over Buffalo and Duke ... Also rowed in Cards' 2V4+ races at the Dale England Cup as well as U of L's V4+ races against Iowa, Michigan and Wisconsin.
2007-08: Sat out the entire season with a medical redshirt ... Despite injury, earned Most Improved Varsity Rower Award.
2006-07: Red & Black Scholar ... Closed the spring in the one-seat of the Cards' 2nd Varsity 4+ boat which finished fourth in the Open 4+ Grand Final at the NCAA South/Central Region Sprints ... Was in the one-seat of Louisville's Varsity 4+ boat which finished fourth overall in the Grand Final at the BIG EAST Championships ... Opened the spring in the four-seat of the 2nd Varsity 4+ boat against Minnesota.
2005-06: Finished her freshman season in the three-seat of the Novice 4+ boat which finished fourth at the BIG EAST Championships ... Rowed in the three-seat for the Cards' first-place finish in the Lightweight Novice 4+ "A" Final at the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships ... Was in the six-seat of the 2nd Novice 8+ boat against Wisconsin on April 8 ... Rowed in the eight-seat of the 2nd Novice 8+ boat against Tennessee ... Was in the five-seat of the 2nd Novice 8+ boat against Minnesota and for the Cards in the Novice 8+ "C" race at the Head of the Elk.
Prior to UofL: Did not participate in rowing prior to joining the Louisville novice program in 2005-06.
Personal: Born Anna Marie Zwanzig on Feb. 18, 1987 in Louisville, Ky. ... Daughter of Evelyn and Darrell Zwanzig ... Has two siblings, Stephen and Rebekah ... Majoring in art photography with a minor in art history at U of L ... Post-college ambition is to return to school and earn a master's degree ... Hobbies and outside interests include photography and cycling ... Chose the University of Louisville because it was close to home and the perfect size ... Says the best thing about the city of Louisville is the number of great places to hang out ... After graduation, she plans to coach ...
