2024-25: Competed in the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite, the SIRA Championship Regatta, Lake Wheeler Invitational and the ACC Championship… At the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite, rowed at the No. 5 seat in the 3V8 boat to finish third in its heat against Duke and Notre Dame on Saturday and at the No. 3 seat to help the 3V8 boat to a third place showing in its heat on Sunday… At the SIRA Championship Regatta, rowed for the Varsity 4C boat in seat No. 3 that competed in the Time Trial and Semifinal on Friday, coming in sixth place in the time trial then clocking and finished second in the semifinal… Rowed in seat No.3 for the Varsity 4C boat in the Varsity 4A Final, coming in fourth, beating Tampa and High Point... At the Lake Wheeler Invitational, rowed at the No. 6 seat, helping the 3V8 boat to a third-place showing in Friday’s second round at the Lake Wheeler Invitational and helped the 3V8 to a time of o finish third in Saturday’s round… At the ACC Championship, rowed at the No. 5 seat in the 3V8 boat that finished sixth in its heat on Friday and in Saturday’s Petite Final… Named to the All-ACC Academic Rowing Team and ACC Academic Honor Roll
Prep: Before coming to UofL, Cureton rowed for St. Andrew Rowing Club for seven years…In 2022, she rowed in the 3V8, placing third at the Southeast Regional Championships…Her team also won the 2022 Women’s Overall and Team Overall Points, as well as the Efficiency Trophy…She rowed the 3V8 again in the 2023 season, finishing first at the Southeast Regional Championships and winning the Women’s Point Trophy…During her 2024 season, Cureton rowed the 4-, finishing third at Southeast Regional Championships and seventeenth at Youth Nationals.
