2024-25: At the Music City Head Race, rowed at the No. 6 seat in the Varsity 8B boat that finished third and at the No. 3 seat, helping the Varsity 4B boat to a fourth-place finish… At the Head of the Hooch, rowed at the No. 1 seat in the Varsity 8B boat that placed second in the Women’s Championship 8+ race… Rowed at the No. 3 seat in the Varsity 4D boat that finished third in a field of eight with a time in the Women’s Championship 4+ race.

2023-24: At the Alabama Head of the Black Warrior River aboard the 2V4 boat that finished fifth with a time of 18:46.7… At the Rivanna Romp, helped the 2V8 boat turn in a time of 15:01.7 and 3V4 boat finish with a time of 16:37.5… At the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, rowed with the 2V8 boat that finished third with a time of 6:51.897 in the morning session and clocked in at 6:56.14 to place third in the evening session; Finished third with a time of 6:49.602 on the final day of the ORCI… At the SIRA Championship, aboard the 2V8 boat that finished in first in the semifinals with time of 6:56.911 and won the ‘A’ Final with a time of 6:48.097… At the Lake Wheeler Invitational on the 2V8 boat that finished third in the morning heat with a time of 7:07.338 – under a second behind second place Iowa - and fourth in the afternoon heat (7:23.554); also at Lake Wheeler, helped the 2V8 boat place second in its heat with a time of 6:53.938 on Saturday… At the ACC Rowing Championship, helped the 2V8 boat to a sixth-place showing in the grand final with a time of 6:41.380… Named to ACC All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll.

Prep: Alaina went to Gwynedd Mercy Academy where she was a member of the crew team for four years and reached the finals of the Stotesbury Cup Regatta.
