10:30AM: Cardinal Stadium Ticket Office Opens
The Louisville Ticket Office on the east side of Cardinal Stadium will open for any ticket related questions prior to the game. For easy entry into the stadium those with mobile tickets should access & save tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arriving to the stadium on game day. Tickets can be accessed through the CardsMobile app, which is free to download through itunes/google play or through your My Cardinals Account time for any ticket related questions prior to the game.
12:30AM: Bud Light Street Fest at Norton Heathcare CardMarch
Join fellow Cardinal fans in the Sun Tan City bronze lot on the south side of Cardinal Stadium every week for tailgating festivities. Pick up your 2019 football schedule poster, listen to music from DJ Z-Nyce, or grab giveaways from many of our great sponsors.
1:00PM: CardMarch
Greet the team as they arrive to Cardinal Stadium! The Cardinals will be dropped off on the south side of the Denny Crum Overpass on Central Avenue two and a half hours prior to kick off. With the assistance of the Cardinal Marching Band and spirit groups, the team will walk from the Purple Lot, through the tunnel and into Cardinal Stadium.

2:00PM: Gates Open
Happy Hour
Special Happy Hour pregame drink prices will be available for the two hours between gates opening and kickoff. Fans arriving early can purchase $3 domestic draft beer or $5 12-ounce cans on the Norton Terrace or UPS Flight Deck, and $3 domestic drafts throughout the remainder of the stadium until kickoff.

Concessions
Among the variety of food and beverage options is a value menu for fans at marked concession stands. Five key concession item prices are reduced for the season to $3, including a hot dog, popcorn, pretzel, soft drinks, and bottled water. Additional offerings, including Chick-fil-a, have also been added on the main concourse.

Any fan with a Cards Rewards account that checks in via the app or scans a ticket at all of the 2019 home football ACC games will be invited to an offseason tour of the newly updated Howard Schnellenberger Football Complex. Additional details will be provided after the season.

No, the Clear Bag Policy does not forgo the bag size requirements. Bags must still fit within the 4.5" * 6.5" bag size parameter whether it is in a clear bag or not.

Fans are encouraged to use a reasonably sized bag to bring in medical supplies or items for their child. These can be brought in at any stadium entry gate. Upon arrival, stadium staff will ask to inspect the bag and it will then be searched at tagged and allowed to be brought in.
Located across from Gate 2A of Cardinal Stadium along Floyd Street is a Bag Check tent. For $10, fans can check a bag at the tent where it will be secured in a locker until they are ready to pick it up upon exiting the stadium.

NEW TRAFFIC FLOW PATTERN - EXIT ONLY
In an effort to continually work to improve traffic flow after Cardinal football games, several changes will be implemented for this weekend's game vs. EKU.
Once the game is done and crowd flow exiting the stadium has slowed, fans parked in lots accessed pre-game via Helm Ave will find their exit path to be out Boxley Ave only.
Fans parked in the Platinum S lot will be turned to the south to head out via Central Ave to Crittenden Drive to access I-65.
Fans parked in the lots off of Boxley or Helm will find their path to be out Boxley Ave. to north bound Floyd St. where they will access I-65 at Hahn, University Drive or continue north on Floyd to head downtown.
Fans parked in the Bronze lots exiting Bronze lot D will continue to turn right and head south to Central Ave and then to Crittenden Drive to access I-65.
Please continue to follow the directions of the Louisville Metro Police Officers that are in place to help everyone get home safely.
The following changes will be in place this week to help enhance the game day experience:
- Gates 1, 3, and 5 will have an increased number of access points
- Staff will be doubled at key entry gates for security screening. The amount of ticket scanners will be doubled at these gates too.
- Booths to assist fans with mobile tickets will be set up in three locations - Tent at the NE end of CardMarch, outside ticket booth at Gate 7, and near visitors check in at Gate 1E
SEASON TICKET HOLDER SOUVENIR CUPS
A special souvenir cup, available only to 2019 football season ticket holders, will allow $2 soda fill-ups throughout the season with that cup only. Empty cups will be allowed to reenter the stadium for each game. Fans can receive their refills at permanent concession stands in the concourse and club areas. For season ticket holders who haven't redeemed their cups yet for the season, cups will be available for pick up at customer service kiosks on the main level.
STADIUM NUMBERING
A new section numbering system has been established in some areas to make Cardinal Stadium easier to navigate. Recent expansion projects left some areas that could be confusing. The areas that are affected include the west side suites, the north end expansion upper level, the Pepsi Club, Brown and Williamson Club, the PNC Club loge seats, and the UPS Flight Deck. While actual seat locations have not changed you can take a look at the updated stadium map here.
NEW LOTS
What had previously been the Green parking lots at Cardinal Stadium are now the Planet Fitness Purple Lots, recognizing the multimillion dollar gift to UofL Athletics from Rick and David Kueber, leading Planet Fitness franchisees and co-founders of Sun Tan City.
TAILGATE GUYS
Tailgating outside Cardinal Stadium is a long held tradition for many Louisville fans and alumni and this tradition just got a bit easier, thanks to a new partnership between the University of Louisville and Tailgate Guys, the nation's leader in premium tailgate and event services. The partnership will allow Cardinal fans and alumni to save time on football game days this Fall through Norton Healthcare Card March Reserved Tailgating. Reserve your tailgate today!
