This program provides student-athletes with the chance to learn from their mentor's professional experiences and expertise and develop their own network outside of athletics. The role of the mentor is to assist student-athletes with the transition from the collegiate classroom to the work world.
- Cardinal Athletic Fund (CAF) - The main goal of the CAF is to provide scholarship support for the University of Louisville student-athletes.
- Letterwinners Club (L-Club) - The L-Club, in conjunction with the Cardinal Athletic Fund, is a social club that exists to provide former Cardinal Letterwinners the opportunity to continue their involvement in Louisville Athletics by responding to the needs of the coaches, department of athletics and the alumni association. This fellowship of letterwinners strives to keep Cardinal spirit and loyalty alive to strengthen the tradition of Louisville Athletics. Upon graduation, each student-athlete is provided a 5 year free membership into the LClub.
