2017-18: Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll … Rowed exclusively in varsity eight boat … Appeared in all five events … V8+ crew finished program-best third at ACC Championships … Earned win at Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational.

2016-17: Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll… Rowed
exclusively in the Cardinals’ varsity eight boat… V8+ crew finished fifth at the ACC Championship, helped Louisville secure a team victory at a double dual against Indiana and Kansas and took first place at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational.

2015-16: Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll… Competed in the varsity eight boat throughout freshman season, which concluded with a fifth-place finish at the ACC Championship… Also rowed in the V8+ boat at Michigan, at Clemson Invitational, at ACC/Big Ten Challenge and in victory at season-opening Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational.

Prior to UofL: Rowed for CVK Praha… Member of the Czech National Team since 2010 and has earned approximately 20 gold medals from Czech championships.

Personal: Born on November 18, 1995… Daughter of Ivana Heranova and Jaroslav Heran… Has one sibling, Martin… Majoring in economics… Post-college goal is to own a bakery and bake the best donuts in town.
