2022-23: On Saturday morning at ORCI, Sophie rowed in the 3V8 boat that finished third with a 7:08.263. In the afternoon session at the ORCI, she rowed in the 3V8 boat that finished third with a time of 7:04.226. At the Sunshine State Invitational, she was aboard the 2V4 that put up a fifth place finish, turning in a 7:46.54. In the petite final of the SSI 2V4, she rowed the Cardinals to a second place finish with a time of 7:51.89. In the prelims of the ACC Championship in Raleigh, she rowed the 3V8 boat to a third place finish in 7:11.992 to advance to the grand final. In the grand final of the ACC Championships, she rowed the 3V8 boat to a sixth place finish with a time of 7:25.658.

2021-22: Sophie was in the Novice 8 boat the turned in a time of 16:55.8 at the Rivanna Romp. She rowed in the 2V4 boat that finished fourth with a time of 7:40.692 on Day 1 at the ORCI. She was on the 2V4 boat that rowed on Day 2 of the ORCI and turned in a time of 8:07.668. At the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed in the 2V4 boat that finished sixth in the grand final with a time of 7:49.30. At the Lake Wheeler Invitational, she helped the 3V8 boat to a third place finish with a time of 7:22.189. In the head-to-head competition with Michigan, she was in the 3V8 boat that boarded a time of 7:20.56. At the ACC Championships at Clemson, she was in the 3V8 boat that finished fifth in the grand final with a time of 6:57.125. She is a member of the AD Honor Roll and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
