Cards Hit the Ohio River for Derby City Head Race

Louisville will compete at 8:50 and 11:05 a.m. on Saturday morning
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville opens its fall schedule with the Derby City Head Race hosted on the Ohio River by the Louisville Rowing Club. The regatta provides the unique opportunity for Louisville to compete on its home practice water in a 5k head race.
Derby City Head Race
Date: Saturday, October 10
Location: Ohio River; Finish Line at TurfMutt Great Lawn

The Cardinals fill the Women's Collegiate 4+ that begins at 8:50 a.m. ET on Saturday morning. Louisville intends to field seven boats in the race.
UofL will also fill the Women's Collegiate 8+ with four boats at 11:05 a.m. ET.
The remainder of the regatta features men's and women's collegiate teams, youth crews and masters crews. The full schedule and heat sheets can be found here.
