Team Notes:

Louisville has won 10-straight home openers at the KFC Yum! Center, and are 17-2 in home openers under head coach Jeff Walz.
The Cards are now 119-11 when scoring 70 or more points in their last 130 games.
The Cardinals move to 160-3 when shooting 50% or better from the field under Walz. When the Cards shot 50% or better from the floor during the 2024-25 season, they were 7-0.
In non-conference play, UofL improves to 96-15 over the last 10 seasons.

Player Notes:

Sophomore guard Tajianna Roberts tied a career-high, scoring 23 points, while going 3-for-4 from deep.
Reyna Scott, the Oklahoma transfer, provided a spark for the Cards off the bench scoring 13 points, tacking on four rebounds.
Laura Ziegler secured back-to-back games with double-digit boards, collecting a team-high 11 in this game. She also had a team high five assists, to go along with nine points in the contest.
Elif Istanbulluoglu scored nine points, gathered seven rebounds and dished out two assists.
Mackenly Randolph recorded 10 points and recovered six boards off the glass.
Yevheniia Putra, Peyton Bradley and Rebekah Graves all recorded their first points in a Cardinals uniform.
There were six Yum! Center debuts as Louisville Cardinals (Ziegler, Putra, Scott, Bradley, Graves and Skylar Jones).
