LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The University of Louisville rowing team will be back in action this weekend for their next event of the season, as they head to Sarasota to participate in the Sunshine State Invitational March 31-April 1 at Nathan Benderson Park.
The Cards will be joined by Central Florida, Miami (RV), Stetson, Jacksonville, Tulsa, Kansas State, Drexel, Louisville (RV), Michigan State, North Carolina, West Virginia, Kansas, Wisconsin (RV) and Old Dominion will also line up on the water in Sarasota.

The Cardinals will send four boats to the regatta, the Varsity 8, the Second Varsity 8, the Varsity 4 and the Second Varsity 4 to compete.

The regatta will begin Friday afternoon at approximately 3:30.Â
