Men's Soccer Announces Signing of Lamine Conte

Conte was named NAIA Second Team All-American during sophomore season at University of Mobile
Conte arrives in Louisville after playing two seasons at the University of Mobile, where he was an NAIA Second Team All-American as a sophomore in 2017. A midfielderfrom Conakary, Guinea, Conte played a key role in a defense that delivered seven shutouts and held opponents to one goal in seven other games as the Rams advanced to the quarterfinal round of the 2017 NAIA National Championship. A First Team All-Conference (Southern States Athletic Conference) selection in 2017, Conte is a Philadelphia Union Academy product.
The Cardinals closed the 2017 season with a 13-2-5 record after suffering a heartbreaking 4-3 shootout loss to Akron in an NCAA Championship quarterfinal match at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium. Under Lolla's guidance, Louisville reached the Elite Eight of the NCAA Championship for the second straight season and the fifth time in the last eight years.

Season tickets for the 2018 University of Louisville soccer season are on sale now through the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office, which is offering an early bird 10 percent discount on all packages purchased through Feb. 22. The 2018 Louisville soccer season tickets can be purchased online at GoCards.com/soccertickets.
Through this early bird discount offer, reserved chairback tickets are priced at $90 for adults, $288 for the Family Four Pack ($72 per ticket) and $72 for faculty/staff. General admission/berm seating is priced at $45 for adults as well as faculty/staff.
Following the early bird discount deadline, ticket sales will continue with regular pricing on Feb. 23. Reserved chairback tickets are priced at $100 for adults, $320 for the Family Four Pack and $80 for faculty/staff. General admission/berm seating is priced at $50 for adults, $200 for the Family Four Pack and $50 for faculty/staff.
Season tickets packages include all UofL men's and women's soccer regular season matches at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium. The 2018 schedules for the Louisville men's and women's soccer teams will be announced in the spring.
