
Brown and Gornet Win Consolation Doubles Match at ITA All-American Championship

Brown and Gornet upset seventh-ranked duo from Florida State
TULSA, Okla. – The University of Louisville's Jeffrey Brown and Alex Gornet defeated Florida State's Benjamin Lock and Marco Nunez in the doubles consolation draw of the ITA All-American Championship Friday evening.
Seniors Brown and Gornet, ranked No. 35 in the ITA preseason doubles rankings upset the tournament's third-seeded and seventh-ranked Lock and Nunez in the first round of the consolation bracket. Brown and Gornet will face Tulsa's Carlos Bautista and Juan Matias Gonzalez Saturday morning.
