Donohue and Lock Win on Day One of ITA All-American Doubles Qualifying Draw

Donohue and Lock will play in Wednesday's round of 32

TULSA, Okla. – The University of Louisville's doubles team of Sean Donohue and Courtney Lock has advanced to the round of 32 in the ITA All-American Championship Qualifying Draw.

"Sean and Courtney posted a very solid performance in their first doubles match" said UofL assistant coach Jakob Gustafsson. "We were looking forward to playing the second round today, but will come back hungry tomorrow for a chance at another match. We're showing promise and I trust we will keep our level tomorrow."

In their first round of play, junior Sean Donohue (Louisville, Ky.) and sophomore Courtney Lock (Harare, Zimbabwe) defeated Mississippi State's Reshab Agarwal and Niclas Braun 6-4, 7-6(4). Their second-round opponent defaulted to send Donohue and Lock to Wednesday's round of 32.
