Senior forward Asia Taylor is in her fifth season at Louisville. She has made the final season of her career her finest year.
Taylor has helped guide the fourth ranked Cardinals to a 23-2 overall record and an 11-1 conference record this season. She ranks third on the team in scoring with 10.8 points per game and leads the team in rebounding with 6.7 boards per game. She ranks second on the team in field goal and free throw percentage.
She scored a career-high 23 points against LSU in the preseason WNIT. She pulled down a season-high 12 rebounds against UCF. She has tallied three double-doubles this season and six career double-doubles. She was named to the Preseason WNIT All-Tournament team. This week she was named to the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll after averaging a double-double of 18.5 points and 10.0 rebounds per game.
