Bergstrom Improves to 13th in 100-breast NCAA Final

University of Louisville senior swimmer Therese Bergstrom finished 13th in the nation in the 100-breast in the NCAA finals Friday night at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center on the campus of the University of Texas.
Bergstrom, the reigning BIG EAST 100-breast champion, posted a time of 1:00.70, good for 13th place.
"It is not easy to move up that many spots in such a competitive field," said U of L head coach Arthur Albiero. "I am so proud of her."
Therese will also swim the 200-breast.
